METROCUADRADO REAL STATE SUMMIT 2025

OCTOBER 23, 2025

The Metrocuadrado Real Estate Summit 2025 returned to Vigo following the success of its first edition, establishing itself as an essential meeting point for debating the future of the real estate sector. The city became the epicentre of an event that brought together Galician talent, technological innovation, and international investment, creating a space where knowledge, business, and inspiration converge.

The Summit brought together property developers, investment funds, consultancies, servicers, financial institutions, public administrations, and startups, in an intensive format combining international keynotes, strategic panels on investment, urban planning, technology, sustainability, and housing models, as well as success stories, real-world experiences, and high-quality networking. The event was held in a hybrid format, with in-person attendance in Vigo and global streaming.

Among the key themes of 2025 were investment strategies in changing markets, digital transformation, urban regeneration, flexible and sustainable housing models, efficient asset management, and opportunities in the Portuguese market. In addition, Galician talent was given a platform and the 15th anniversary of the IE Real Estate Club was celebrated.

The Summit offered exclusive experiences for attendees, including the Gourmet Inmobiliario (VIP Lunch), a lunch for speakers and industry leaders; the Premio Metrocuadrado · Visión y Legado, which recognises professionals whose careers have transformed real estate; and the Metrocuadrado Afterwork, an informal closing event that facilitates connection, the exchange of ideas, and the creation of opportunities in a relaxed atmosphere.

PROPTECH 2025, SEVENTH EDITION

The seventh edition of PROPTECH 2025 was presented as a key event for exploring the future of the real estate sector, with a focus on innovation and digital transformation. Organised by the Círculo de Empresarios de Galicia, the Metrocuadrado Real Estate Club, ConsultoriaCMA.com, and Abanca, this business gathering forms part of a programme of activities aimed at the Galician business community.

The event was aimed at entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and real estate professionals, as well as accelerators, innovation centres, independent professionals, and institutional representatives. The session provided a space to discuss trends, opportunities, and digital tools that are redefining the industry, fostering collaboration and the exchange of knowledge among all participants.

PROPTECH 2025 took place on April 24, 2025, from 9:15 to 12:15, at the headquarters of the Círculo de Empresarios de Galicia, a meeting point where participants examined how technology is transforming the management, investment, and development of real estate projects in Galicia and at a national level.

METROCUADRADO REAL STATE SUMMIT 2024

The Metrocuadrado Real Estate Summit brought together in Galicia a large representation of real estate professionals from Spain and Portugal, establishing itself as a leading forum on the national scene.

The event — organised by Metrocuadrado Real Estate Club — offered a varied agenda covering essential topics such as urban regeneration, innovation in the real estate sector, industrialised construction, and new forms of financing.

Across its various panels, the event examined how new technologies, more sustainable practices, and modern construction methods are transforming the way housing is conceived and developed in Spain.

The day combined high-level content with networking opportunities: following a welcome coffee and a guided tour of the MARCO Museum, attendees took part in discussions on diversified financing, strategic investment, and market trends, closing with an afterwork event that encouraged new partnerships and collaborations.
