Project description
Partial Plan, Urban Development Project and Compensation Project. The objectives are the creation of a road system, with landscape integration along a river channel featuring Corten steel sculptural pieces by the sculptor Alberto Costas. Likewise, the residential buildings are adapted to the complex topography of the area.
