Vázquez Varela 18

Vázquez Varela Residencial is a project of 18 homes, storage rooms and garages. A building designed between party walls. The main façade faces Vázquez Varela Street, establishing a direct dialogue with the consolidated urban fabric. This façade is designed with a sober, balanced language, seeking visual integration with the neighbouring buildings while giving the residential development its own identity. The rear façade opens onto a recently renovated interior block, allowing greater openness and natural light in the homes oriented towards this space. As a distinctive feature, a communal swimming pool is incorporated, helping to activate the interior space and creating an atmosphere of community and leisure. The design prioritises functionality, spatial efficiency and environmental quality, incorporating current construction solutions and materials that ensure durability and comfort. The layout of the homes, together with the communal areas, responds to criteria of habitability and sustainability, in tune with the contemporary demands of urban living.
