One of three projects which were chosen after an international design competition, the 9 schools design achieve Estidama 3 Pearl, 17,000m2 600 and 1225 student through schools (KG and Cycles 1 to 3) located in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. As residential team leader, I initially developed the revised concept and lead the project delivery through subsequent stages of schematic and design development. PC Plot 803 is located on the water’s edge, overlooking the Al Raha Beach CBD within the Al Dana precinct. The development will provide two distinct offers: A high quality 18 storey office building with flexibility for letting between 150m² to 1900m². Together with a contemporary 21 storey residential building with emphasis on one and two bedroom apartments aimed at the young professional.

Design architect and technical coordination, working on day to day contact with client and full design team of a180,000M² waterfront gated residential development consisting of 590 apartments and 42 high-end villas. The development contains an element of retail and health and fitness facilities. I was part of the concept design team in London before transferring to Abu Dhabi Office. UAE stages from Concept to detail design, working with Local Consultants and building up the BM Al Raha Beach Development Team.

As an architect designer I was a core member of the team working on the residential led man-made island concept design situated within the Al Raha Beach masterplan comprising 531 luxury apartments within 5 distinct buildings set around a series of landscape piazzas, gardens, a public marina retail areas and shopping center facilities. Design scope includes all design and interior finish packages. Currently built Al Bandar represents the height of luxury and has received many construction awards.
